INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/3 cup Crofut St. Croix
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon Crushed Fresh Garlic
1/4 Teaspoon Cumin
2 Chipotle Chilies w/ Adobo Sauce
PREPARATION:
In a medium saucepan, add olive oil, garlic, chipotle powder, and cumin. Allow to heat through, while stirring, for 1 minute. Add red wine and brown sugar. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add in soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce and let simmer for another two minutes.
